My career spans corporate banking, analytics, data governance, and decision system design within institutions such as Citi, HSBC, Allianz Global Investors, as well as advisory roles within EY and PwC. I have also engaged with major consulting firms on large-scale initiatives, from the client side. All this has given me strong perspective on both internal performance systems and external advisory structures.

Across these environments, I observed a consistent pattern:
